RETURNS & REFUNDS OVERVIEW

 

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why our team aims to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible. You have up to 14 days after delivery to return your item for a replacement or full refund. Please email us at returns@xokers.com to start the process.

If your product does not qualify for a return, we do have a warranty and a product support team that is ready to assist you.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

 

Please note, products that are received by Xokers in any of the conditions below may not qualify for return and be rejected:

  • Any product not purchased from Xokers.
  • Any product that has been customised or personalised based on your request.
  • Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.
  • Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.
  • Any product that is received outside of 7 days from when your return was approved.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

 

Rest assured, returns are monitored every step of the way and you will receive updates via email. Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.

REFUND POLICY

 

In the case where your order was successfully returned or cancelled within the cancellation deadline of 5 hours after placing your order, you may receive your refund within 5 – 12 hours. Refund amount will be equal to the USD value of the item and issued in the original token paid.  Note that gas fees will be charged to you.
